1. About

• This app helps you create, schedule, and play motivational narratives, including optional on-device text/voice generation and optional user-recorded or uploaded audio.
• By using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Appropriate Use & Safety

• No offensive or harmful content. Do not create, upload, or share content that is defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, violent, pornographic, or otherwise upsetting. Do not use the app to harass, bully, or intimidate.
• No dangerous guidance. Do not rely on the app for medical, safety, or emergency guidance. Always consult a professional for health or safety matters.
• No illegal or reckless activity. Do not use the app to encourage illegal behavior, reckless actions, weapons use, drug use, or dangerous challenges.
• Age suitability. The app is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the minimum age in your region, you must stop using the app.

3. User-Generated Content

• You are responsible for the content you create, record, upload, or schedule.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• If you see offensive content, report it to us at support@pavlovianapp.com.

4. Voice Recording & Uploads

• Only upload or record content you own or have rights to use. Do not infringe third-party rights.
• You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded or recorded audio for in-app functionality (e.g., playback, synthesis, storage, and syncing across your devices).
• You can delete your uploads in the app; see Section 8 for data deletion.

5. AI-Generated Text/Audio

• On-device or cloud generation may produce imperfect or inappropriate outputs. Review all generated text/audio before using or sharing.
• Generated content is provided "as is" without warranties. Do not rely on it for health, safety, or legal decisions.

6. Scheduling & Notifications

• Scheduled reminders and notifications are optional. They may not always fire (e.g., device offline, settings disabled).
• Notification sounds are limited to the chimes you select; generated voices are not used as notification sounds.

7. Payments

• If premium voices or other paid features are offered, pricing and terms will be shown in-app before purchase.
• All digital purchases must use the App Store's approved purchase methods. Purchases are non-transferable and subject to Apple's terms.

8. Privacy & Data

• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data within the app or by contacting support@pavlovianapp.com. Deleting your account removes your stored narratives, uploads, and schedules from our servers; local data on your device will also be cleared when you use the in-app delete option.
• We minimize data collection and never sell personal data to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

• App content, branding, and code are owned by us or our licensors. Do not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
• You retain ownership of your user-generated content but grant us a limited license to operate the app (see Section 4).

10. Prohibited Uses

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its servers.
• Do not submit false information, impersonate others, or spam.
• Do not use the app for advertising, marketing, or any commercial solicitation unrelated to its core purpose.

11. Disclaimers

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of generated content, or prevention of data loss.
• You assume all risk for how you use the app, including any schedules, reminders, or generated content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the app.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version.
